Brad Perks

Brad is a keen developer and business owner in this region and has been involved in successful business and building projects on the York Peninsula over the last 15 years, including the Copper Coast Lifestyle Village located at Moonta and the Port Pirie Lifestyle Village located at Port Pirie.

Gary Wahlstedt

Gary is a local builder who has resided at Moonta for the past 35 years. Wahlstedt Quality Homes was established by Gary in 1992 and has since grown to become one of the best and most respected building companies outside of the metropolitan area. Gary has been the recipient of four prestigious Housing Industry Association Awards for the Best Country Builder, Best Custom Built Home, Best Display Home and Country Builder of the year. Brad and Gary’s involvement in this project does not just involve being the “Developers”; they take a hand's on approach and can be seen on a regular basis supervising and overseeing this dream becomes a reality. Sue Barke

Sales & Marketing Manager

Sue has worked for Wahlstedt Quality Homes for the past four years in the roles of Sales & Marketing and then Senior Sales Consultant. She has recently taken on the role of Sales Consultant at the Retirement Villages. Her main passion in life is to help people make their dream home possible.

Sue moved to Australia from England at the age of six with her parents & two younger brothers; she lived in the northern suburbs of Adelaide until 4 years ago when she moved to Moonta with her husband Phil.Sue lived in Moonta 6 years. They love the community spirit and lifestyle that comes with living on the Copper Coast. In her spare time, Sue loves to cook, dance, spend time in the garden or with family and friends and foster her interest in antiques.

Sue's parents reside at the Copper Coast Retirement Village.
